Equievolve specialises in providing tailored strength and conditioning, wellness, and nutrition plans specifically designed for female equestrians aged over 40 through perimenopause and menopause. When I formed EquiEvolve in 2012 it was for coaching riders in showjumping and dressage.  You may be familiar with the YouTube channel too.  Since then I have grown to understand the unique challenges female horse riders over 40 face when it comes to maintaining strength, bone density, fitness and confidence—both in and out of the saddle. Whether you’re dealing with the changes brought on by peri-menopause, menopause, training for a competition or simply feeling stiff and sore riding, as a fitness professional, and nutritionist I can create a programme tailored just for you. ​ My signature programme Evolean40 isn’t just another fitness program. It's a specialised wellness and fitness solution designed by me, for equestrian women, that addresses the very real effects of declining hormones and ageing on rider performance. I know what it feels like when your body no longer responds the way it used to—when strength, stamina, and mobility start to wane, along with the rollercoaster of emotions and anxiousness instead of passion and confidence. ​ My programmes focus on: Strength and Fitness: Exercises tailored to improve balance, posture & body control  Body Composition: Combat menopausal belly fat, muscle loss, and bone density issues. Increased Mobility and Stability: Improve your mobility to prevent stiffness and discomfort and move in harmony with your horse.  Improve stability so you can apply nuanced aids. Confidence and Energy: Feel more capable and energised, both in and out of the saddle. ​ I design the EquiEvolve programmes to help riders like you take control of your fitness, enhance your performance, and ensure you enjoy riding and other activities for many more years.
